Birth Notification & Registration

STEP 1
Get your lambs onto the system!
Deadline: 31st May
Fee £2.00 + VAT (£2.30) per lamb.

Submit the usual registration information by 31st May (or in the month of birth for later-born lambs) along with the birth notification fee.

Birth notify all your lambs.

You will be sent a list of the lambs you have birth-notified.

Remember! If you leave some off the list and change your mind later it will cost you more to register them!!

STEP 2
Get them full pedigree registered!
Deadline: 31st December

Fees:

Ram Lamb - £10.00 + VAT (£11.50)
Ewe Lamb - £8.00 + VAT (£9.20)
E.T. Lamb - £13.00 + VAT (£14.95)

A copy of your list of notified lambs and a reminder to register will be sent to you in November/December.
Decide which lambs should be fully registered, i.e. all lambs you want to retain for breeding or for sale.
Tick them off on your birth-notified list and send it back to the office with the Full Pedigree Registration fee.

Pedigree certificates will be issued on payment of fees.

Don't be late!! The fee for birth-notified lambs registered after the 31st December deadline: £20.00 + VAT (£23.00)

But Please Note: All lambs to be entered at Society sales must be full pedigree registered at usual time before entry.

Birth Notify - It could save you money!
Fees for lambs which have NOT been birth-notified :
£15.00 + VAT (£17.25) Registrations up to 31st December in the year of birth.
£50.00 +VAT (£57.50) Registrations after 31st December
