Beltex Council Meeting held on Tuesday 11th January 2011

1. TAGS FOR 2011

It was agreed that Society should remain with Allflex but that members order tags directly from the manufacturer using a unique order form supplied by the Beltex Society. The EID tag to be a female button and male Ovina (distance readable including Society information) and the secondary tag to be an Ovina male and female and to carry EID and Society information and the logo. There will be a £2.50 processing charge for all orders. It was proposed and agreed by all that if members opted to order through the Society there would be a £5 handling fee for each order placed.

Colour for 2011 – Purple.

Year Letter for 2011 – R.

2. BUDGET FOR 1st APRIL 2011 – 31st MARCH 2012

The budget for this period was approved.

- Entry Fee – It was proposed entry fees to remain at £12 + VAT for all classes, all agreed.
- Substitutes – It was proposed that substitutes be allowed, all agreed.
- Judge – John Barclay was proposed to judge. All agreed.
